Update 9-6-2020
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The felony charges against InfoWars correspondent Millie Weaver stem from an April incident where Weaver, her boyfriend and her brother grabbed her mother, threw her to the ground and stole her cellphone, according to a police report.

Weaver’s mother, 51-year-old Felicia McCarron, told Portage County sheriff’s deputies on April 25 that she was recording audio of the trio verbally abusing her when they saw her cellphone in her back pocket and attacked her. According to Alex Jones, the Mother had dropped charges but Ohio law allows prosecutors and law enforcement to move forward on prosecutions without a victim’s cooperation. If McCarron had made any requests to drop the case, it was ultimately the prosecutor’s decision whether to pursue charges.
